As required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), these are the details of the owner of genpm.net. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

The owner is not registered in any commercial register or professional association for this activity, and GenPM requires no prior administrative authorization.

Point of contact (Digital Services Act)

For the purposes of articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), the single point of contact for authorities and users is yohangelr@gmail.com. You can write to us in Spanish or English.

Intellectual and industrial property

The GenPM name and logo, the website design, its texts and the registry code belong to the owner or are used under license. The code of published packages belongs to its authors and is governed by each package's license; the open-source code of the genpm and @genpm/mcp clients is governed by its own license.

Terms of use

Use of GenPM is governed by the Terms of Service, the Package Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

The site links to third-party repositories and sites whose content the owner does not control. If you find unlawful content linked from GenPM, report it as explained in the Package Policy and we will review it diligently.
